ROLE SUMMARY

In this role, you will be responsible for building the new Telesales team (including existing Inside Sales representatives), gradually aiming for achievement of monthly / quarterly sales targets for the assigned portfolios. Your main tasks will be to lead the telesales team - train and coach them, enhance their ability to "sell" the Lyreco product-service and ensure the application of commercial policies within the defined channel of customers. In the initial phase, you will also manage a set portfolio of customers directly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- To achieve the sales objectives of the Telesales channel through team coordination and, when necessary, through direct telephone contact with customers, ensuring:

 Development of monthly turnover
 Monitoring and management of performance indicators
 Customer loyalty, new and reactivated customers
 Margin
 Effectiveness of telephone performance;

- To maintain the vacant SMB territories in cooperation with Area Sales Managers
- To organize periodic team meetings to share best practice and align the team
- To ensure the updating of channel development trends, of competitors' activities and marketing initiatives (catalogues, promotions, etc.)
- To actively lead and motivate the telesales team (incl. on-the-job training and coaching)
- To ensure the Lyreco methodology is applied with continuous support for the team
- To be a point of reference for problem solving and actively cooperate with other departments

REQUIRED PERSONAL PROFILE, QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

- Outstanding telesales talent and experience with successful performance track, preferably in B2B
- Leadership talent
- Excellent communication skills and “can do” attitude
- Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
- Active knowledge of English + Hungarian or German language
- Proficient in MS Office, experience in SAP is an advantage

BASIC SALARY (GROSS) AND OTHER REWARDS:

From 1600 € (salary depends on level of qualification, experience and level of foreign language)
