This role is focused on the development and execution of product strategy and commercial (marketing & sales) activities of hygiene & cleaning products. H&C Business Development Manager will ensure timely communication and coordination of information flow across all departments in 4 countries of the subsidiary: Czech republic, Austria, Slovakia, Hungary.

Your key responsibilities:

# Identify the needs of the current market in hygiene & cleaning category
# Prepare a study focused on new verticals (customer segments) with a specific offer of products and services
# Category management of H&C assortment, price analyses, understanding of legislation in the respective countries and its impact on our business
# Organize trainings for internal customers
# Participate on negotiations with suppliers (marketing) and customers (sales)
# Monitor the market (competitors and trends)

Your team

Our branch currently employs nearly 300 people, of which approximately 120 work in the office and distribution center in Pezinok.

What do we require for this position?

# Detergents and cleaning assortment/market expertise
# Experience with the purchasing and/or sales of detergents and cleaning products on the side of the manufacturer or distributor
# Excellent presentation and communication skills
# Strong analytical skills
# Goal-oriented and persuasive personality with great team spirit
# Active English is a must + Hungarian or German is an advantage

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards:

From € 1600 (your salary will depend on the level of your experience, your skills and qualifications for this role – find out more during our interview).
There is also a variable part of the salary, which is dependent on company and personal target achievement.
