Role summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for the commercial development of a designated product area and a range of products /suppliers managing to achieve corporate goals in region Czech Republic, Austria, Slovakia and Hungary. Your challenge will also include involvement in the production of the annual catalogue for the Catering category.

Your key responsibilities:

#Management of agile product development from product management point of view
#Development and maintenance of understanding of the product, market and competition
#Negotiation with suppliers (cost prices for products, big deals frame conditions and promotion activities).
# Selling Prices management
# Products administration (SAP and others)
# Collection and analyses of feedbacks from Sales teams to shape requirements, features and products
# Identification of areas for growth and creation of strategic product line roadmaps to help drive adoption of the product and differentiating features
# Preparation of creative recommendations to expand product base

What do we require for this position?

• Proven professional experience within Catering area and products portfolio management ideally from Retail or FMCG segment at least 2-3 years
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Great attention to detail and precise work and independent performance
• English language both speaking and writing is a must, Hungarian or German is an advantage
• Hands on experience with MS Office (MS Excel)
• Experience in SAP is an advantage
• Driving licence B is a must

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards:

From € 1700 (your salary will depend on the level of your experience, your skills and qualifications for this role – we will definitely discuss this topic with you during our interview).
There is also a variable part of the salary, which is dependent on company and personal target achievement.
